ReproFF2 is a new feeder-free culture medium for human ES/iPS cells. Unlike conventional stem cell media that requires changing on a daily basis, ReproFF2 needs culture maintenance only three days a week. Change the medium on Monday and Wednesday, passage the cells on Friday. Consequently, the cost and amount of medium used are halved, feeder cells need not be prepared, and the culture need not be cared during the weekend.

 

ReproFF2 has been developed to reduce the steps in the workflow. Just warm up, add bFGF*, and ReproFF2 is ready to use.For related culture reagents to culture, dissociate, passage and cryopreserve the stem cells, please see the bottom of the page.

*: not necessary for all the cell lines

With ReproFF2, medium change is not required everyday.

Culture doesn’t have to be cared during the weekend if passaging is done on Friday.
